BUYING A PROPERTY
Purchasing a property, whether it be as a first home buyer, a seasoned buyer or as an investor is a major decision.
AFG Conveyancing will review the Vendor's Statement (Section 32) and Contract (if available) to ensure that there are no surprises.
Once we have received instructions to act, AFG Conveyancing will conduct all the necessary property searches to ensure the information in the Section 32 is consistent and correct.

- Assisting with negotiating the terms of the Contract
- Arranging electronic signing of all necessary documents
- Liaising with all relevant parties to ensure settlement is on time
